Blockset Cancellation Policy

Blockset Cancellation Rights and Procedures

Our platform at Blockset is designed to facilitate a secure and definitive transaction environment for digital assets and NFTs. Given the nature of these assets, it's important for our users to understand our cancellation policy.

Creators’ Cancellation Rights

Creators have the right to cancel their token listings at any time before a sale is finalised. To cancel a listing, the creator must remove the token for sale on the platform.  Once a token is sold, the transaction is considered final, and the listing cannot be cancelled.

No Cancellation After Purchase

All sales on the Blockset platform are final. Once a token is purchased, the buyer does not have the option to cancel the transaction. The nature of digital asset transactions necessitates this policy to maintain the integrity and reliability of the marketplace.

Buyer’s Acknowledgement

By purchasing a token on Blockset, buyers acknowledge and agree that they cannot cancel the purchase once it is completed. We encourage all users to review their decisions carefully before finalising a transaction.

Resolution of Disputes

In exceptional cases where there is a dispute or a technical error, users are encouraged to contact Blockset support. These cases will be handled on an individual basis. Blockset reserves the right to make the final decision on the resolution of such disputes.

Misuse of Platform

Creators who misuse the listing functionality (such as frequent unjustified removal of listings) may face account restrictions or suspension as per the Blockset terms and conditions. Blockset maintains the right to enforce these policies to ensure a fair and efficient marketplace for all users.
